flushing for salt buildup in fabric pots

i have 5 gallon fabrick pots i use fox farm soil trio if i flush for salt build up would the fabric pots just act like a filter and hold the salts in ?
im using pro mix moisture control with perlite as a medium

INGREDIENTS​

• Sphagnum peat moss (80-90% by volume)
• Coir
• Perlite
• Ground Limestone (for pH adjustment)
• Wetting agent
• Mycorrhizae

no once they are dissolved into water they will pass through easily.

when i flush do i use nutrient water or just plain water

it wont hurt my plants to wash away all the nutes in there 2 ?
