I never flush anymore! I simply just taper nutes, then some fulvic acid, beneficials and a little molasses 3 weeks to harvest then the last 1-2 weeks get straight RO water.
If you want to flush with tap, I would fill up a few 5 gal buckets and let them sit at least 48 hrs. or bubble them for at least 24hrs.
I read somewhere that whatever nutes a plant drinks will stay in that plant for 20 days.
