I've got about 10 or 12 different strains starting. For the most part I've done pairs, or sets of 3. White Widow auto, Gorilla Glue #4 auto, Miss Early Mazar auto, Purple Haze auto, Bananna pie, Grape Ape, Animal cookies, Blue Ox, Purple pineapple diesel, Sour apple, MedUSA, Bannanna Pie, Green Crack, supposed auto, ATF, White Widow photo, Monster Mass, Skwurl Killer, and a few more, too many to remember. Some autos, some photo's, but I suspect I'm going to make them all into auto's at this point. Help the remainders by gently pulling off.

I'm thinking to cross everything with one of my purple afghan males, to ensure all are autos. (I have some now, and some more on the way. I want to select one or two exceptional auto-flowering males). Some of these are rumored to produce 1kg flower, not bad for an autoflower. But the proof is in the pudding.

Still another dozen or more seeds that are midway popped, so more to come. I don't like to leave them too long in the husk, but I don't get overly aggressive either, (it's only been 2 days) let the spout get 1cm long at minimum. at day 3 or 4 most all should be popped sufficiently.

The new stuff was all fresh, but not all popped. But all 3 of the Miss Early did, she's supposed to produce flower in 70 to 77 days, 7 weeks of flower, 200g/plant.

Here's an update on the seedlings, some took, some undecided. I think I loss only a few seeds out of approximately 20 sprouts. Lost one purple haze auto and one of the miss early autos which were among the ones I was concerned about the most, but looks like 2 of the miss early survived and at least one or two if the purple haze. All three white widow auto's lived, possibly 2 of the GG#4 lived, they were strong sprouts, same with the grape ape, and several "various cookies" and the white widow photperiods. This is certainly an interesting bunch. I will probably thin them out, or give some away.

That's alot of work.

Yea, it's a lot of stuff to mess around with, especially with my small working space, but I do enjoy playing around with all the different strains and trying to learn more things. I think I'm going to take some of these plants out to the mountains, I'm not quite sure yet. (or give them to friends) I've got some 6 footers that need to be set out for flowering, to make room for these autos. I'm really excited about prospects of the newer genetics.

I think introducing this kush into the genetic line is really making the plants so much bigger than they were before, as long as I still have the auto-flowering properties intact, and several of these auto-flowering males I have right now appear perfect for crossing the rest of the newer lines.

One generation with the male pollen, then back cross them with feminized females.

The good, the bad and the ugly.

Here this project 5 days later. I dropped the light a little farther down on them the other day because they were getting a bit stretched, and there starting to respond. I should have put them in a tent early on, but I neglected to do so, I did however leave the dehumid off and it's been fairly humid here anyhow.

The good, NICE WHITE ROOTS COMING FROM THE BOTTOM OF SOME. some popped fairly well, although good pops are mostly my genetics, or my vendors genetics, the newer stuff was mixed results at best, (this was a letdown, seller still yet to respond to me) but that later, no reason to be negative. From my vendor, I've added several different varieties. The grape ape and photo white widow did excellent, same with the blue ox/animal cookies, purple pineapple diesel cookies, Sour Apple, MED USA and Bannana Pie, White Widow, all look good, Most of all I'm excited about EMA, as they all did well and sure are prudy. If nothing more, she was worth the $230 I paid them bloodsuckers.

The bad: Big letdown on the Purple Haze auto, they look puny sadly, also one of the White Widow isn't taking, and I didn't see any of the Gorilla Glue #4 auto in the bunch, although it should be there.

The ugly, see photo #8
