From Florescent to sunlight ok?

I have 4 plants in my garage under 24hr florescent lights just curious if I was able to bring them out in the sunlight for awhile each day or so. Thanks

I do, but when you put them out put them in shade first for a few hours. You put them in direct sun light the first time out and they will stress.
