From the look of the Amber trycomes how long?

Used my microscope to see how they are going, from the percentage you can see that are amber, any ideas how long before she's at the optimal harvesting?

She pretty much at that coverage all over her

How can anyone tell without seeing the whole flower and whole plant and where the pic of the trichomes were taken?
