Thousands of farmers across the country filed for crop insurance claims after early frost/snow and/or flooding in the midwest during the month of September.
Everyone I know lost their crops or had to harvest early last year. Seems to be the thing now. Please don't get all political on me, this is simply a warning for those who are currently growing outdoor crops, gardens, whatever, in the vicinity of Colorado. Bust out your frost blankets, folks, it's coming!
