getting seedlings ready for next round....(1 CFL, or sprout outdoors)

I've got some seedlings i'd like to get ready for my next round. I'd like to start vegging them under either 1 CFL or outdoors and then throw them in my tent when this batch is done.


What do you guys recommend? Is starting outdoors and then going inside alright?

Can I start something on my kitchen counter with them? (I really have no space else)

Give them all the time under the sun you possibly can.

here's my next question, it is almost "flowering" time out here for outdoor plants (about a month out)


The location i'm at now only gets DIRECT sun from about 7 a.m. - 1/2 pm I've grown with success out there before, but is this enough for seedlings to then go into a flowering room at 12/12 in about a month?



I really appreciate all the help you guys have given me, and look forward to passing on the knowledge i've learned to those that need it in the future :)

you could easily bring pests indoors if you start em outside.
use window light instead if possible.
the CFL is great for vegging too.

i'm not worried about pests, since my tent is technically outdoors too. I can maintain pests, esp. during veg

i've got some old clip on light fixturs from an old reptile cage. Would 1 cfl be enough to sprout and get ready with some seeds on my kitchen counter?
