You can infuse the chocolate with cannabis coconut oil.
The Carmel can be infused with cannabis butter.
I prefer to infuse both coconut oil and butter with tincture.
By doing an alcohol extraction you will minimize the cannabis taste. None of the edibles I make taste like cannabis. I would start with tincture. Get some 190 proof alcohol and some cannabis. My guess is there are many tincture recipes here.
One important note, watch your temperatures when working with thc. Many folks advise keeping temps under 148c (roughly 300f). I work in the 65c (150f) to 95c (roughly 200f)This is one of many methods. Good luck!
