Hey farmer fam things are on auto pilot in the garden and I did a day 21 defoliation. I didn’t take as many as I wanted but will do it over the course of a couple days.

Always be careful when pruning or you might snip off a beautiful future cola. Using your fingers and being able to feel what’s going makes a difference too.

She’s throwing trichs everywhere even on the fan leaves and I can’t wait to see what these next few weeks are going to look like!

Also got some critical nevelles haze autoflower I just jarred up and my lavender frosting is almost ready too!!

Big shout out to @SpiderFarmerLED for the fixture!!! I’ll be testing out the SE-3000 4 bar 300 watt fixture next! Ill be documenting my first cross which is Purple kush crossed with punch cake (wedding cakeXpurple punch) by elev8 genetics.

2 grape gas clones that are over 3 ft tall from the top of the soil!!! Looks like a big yielding strain super stoked to do some crosses with this cultivar!

Its always interesting to see what the crosses do. Especially when making polybrids. You never know what to expect. I was talking to the Victory Gardens breeder. I guess making s1 polybrids is getting pretty popular. The Voodoo Thai for example: Thai male x The White female to make f1; then selected f1s reversed and selfed. I'm curious to see if hybrid vigor is lost in the process. I'm running the Voodoo beside my hybrid Colombian.

It’s a great way to preserve genetics that stand out to you. You gotta try reversing again man I know you can do it and it so satisfying. I don’t have the resources these huge breeders have so making feminized crosses is a nice hack and then you can phenohunt those to find that special one you then S1. I’m gonna be backing up all my favorites!

Trying to learn a little about it. I've grown accidental s1s before. They were all similar to the parent but never quite as good. I wonder if the s2s would have less variation and chance of finding something better than the original.

Yes I heard they are good too but then your playing with fire after that. Genetic depression can start. Do some digging and you will find some good reads about it.

Little vid update on the grape gas as she develops some amazing flowers.

I also just got a package from @SpiderFarmerLED and it’s the SE-3000 300 watt 4 bar fixture!!! I’ll be testing this out with my purple kush X punch cake cross! I’ll post the link up on here when it get it all setup. Thanks for the support guys

That is the same light that I just got and have been flowering my Ethos strains with. So far, I like the light and have been lowering it down to the recommended distance, so far, without harm to the plants. Currently I am at 100% @ 9" from the tallest stretchers with temps generally <82F.

Here we are at the final phase and I’ve turned up my ac infinity to drop temps these last weeks to try to bring out more colors. So much planned as I’ve got ahold of the white runtz cookie fam cut thanks to a member here on the farm who would’ve let me donate to his cause! So many great ppl I’ve connected with on here I never thought it would be like this but times are changin!

Anyone who says “elite clones” aren’t worth it don’t even know! Make sure to source you genetics from a reputable vendor for the best experience possible!! This cultivar was phenohunted by the curators at CLTVTD genetics and then mothered out via tissue culture.
