Hello,
I will be starting my greenhouse adventure soon and am in need of guidance for my build.
I will be putting up 30x80 greenhouse structures with light dep installed internally.
So my true house measurements will be approximately 25x75..........I think?
We will need to add supplemental lighting.
That is the issue I’m dealing with rite now.
I live in Oregun witch results in poor lighting for 6-8 months of the year.
LED, HID,HPS, CMH?
Pros and cons?
Im in the process of getting power to the property. I’m zoned farm so 3 phase power is available.
Heat,
Weather here can get -F,
Hanging warehouse heaters throughout the greenhouse is an option.
BTUs and spacing?
I will have propane tanks for my fuel source.
With the plants and using propane heat will I need dehumidification?
Flooring,
Greenhouses will be installed on 1 1/4 acre field I have been growing hemp in for the last 2 summers.
Suggestions on greenhouse floors?
So many other questions, I’ll start with these.
Thanks for any input from experienced greenhouse farmers!
