I started low strength training and I also topped this plant at the beginning of the week.

I hadn't really noticed, but there has been some nice growth and I've found it super interesting, how some leaves have started to reposition themselves to receive maximum light.

I have remained disciplined on the watering and provide between a 100 - 150 ml around once a week. The plants seemed to be happy half of nice color and are growing at moderate pace.

Pink Rozay (auto)

I only conducted lower strength training on this plant as I had heard , topping autos are not recommended.

The growth in the last week has resulted in a much denser plant. In the next week, I hope to be able to train some branches to spread out instead of the current bushy state.

This strain seems to be much more compact woth shorter branches, making it harder to manipulate.

Strawberry Cough (auto)

This is my first ever grow and one where I made a few where I made a few mistakes.

It is now a few weeks into the flower ring and the growth seems to stopped. Considering I was ready to throw this away, it made a decent recovery.

There are some, what I suspect to be trichomes forming on the leaves. It be interesting to know if this is normal?

Now into the 3/4 weeks of flowering. The plant has now stopped growing and seems to be placing its energy into bud development

Pink Rozay Auto

This plant is now at 4 weeks. I did some LST and the first pistils are started to show.

This plant has beautiful rich colour and lush foliage.

I have a feeling that this plant is going to be a giant.

It's a little behind the Pink Rozay in terms of total growth, but what leaves it has grown are massive.

I have LST this plant and also topped it.

Yeah, I wasn't my intention to be honest. I had some issues with medium and it stunted, almost killed a plant.

I decided to plant an extra auto and photo, in case, it died. Thankfully it survived, but stunted. So now I have 2 flowering auto and a photo in veg.

But, it works well. The autos are pretty compact and I will flip the photo when I have space.

Now just over 5 weeks old.

Leaves were wilting, gave it a good water and came back strong. I also gave it a trim by removing a fan leaf.

Going to give it a another couple of weeks and bring it to flower

Making nice progress. Needs little attention, just seems to grow and looks healthy.

Just started flowering a week ago. First pislets are showing.

This is my first grow. I'm just wondering if this is normal or there's a problem with nutrients or another issue.

The plant is now around 8 weeks old. It did suffer some stunting in the first couple of weeks. Thus, it's much smaller more than expected.

My question is, are discoloured leaves a sign of the plant life cycle coming to an end of the plant or is it a sign that nutrients are lacking.

Parts of the plant are affected, it seems more to be the lower branches.

I use Biobizz nutes on its flowering plan.

8 wks yeah your seeing some N bleeding out. Normal. Looks good in there. Kinda small but your gonna get some bud.

I've got a few autos going as well. After growing photos for a while it's like growing in slow motion with the autos. Takes them weeks to get established and then they finally stretch. Boring as hell for the first 6 weeks..lol

This one is 8 wks old and appears as though it's going to go over 75-80days. I heavy stress trained this one. She's responded well. Kinda slow with the flower development but it'll come soon.

If I am honest, I am pleased my plant ever made it to this point.

I had the plant in some really shitty medium. After repotting and some TLC. It really turned around.

Theses are 4 weeks apart. Amazing the progress it made.

Hey @FloridaMike

thank you for the kind words

If people gave the time to say such positive and thoughtful things like you, the world and forum would also be a much better place too.

Have a great day :)

Water & Nutes:

Nutrients

As I mentioned, I had no idea what I needed in terms of nutrients when I started. I decided to go for a pre-packaged set and chose Biobizz. It was a bit pricey at 59 euros, but it’s been worth it for a beginner, saving me the time and effort of researching individual nutrients.

Ph Tester
I originally bought a cheap pH tester from Amazon with a 4.2-star rating, but it turned out to be completely useless, so I sent it back. I went to my local grow store and picked up the Milwaukee PH51 instead. I’ve found it to be accurate, easier to use, and very simple to re-calibrate.

I also have testing strips as a backup in case I need to test something quickly.

For adjusting pH, I use pH Down powder.

Watering

I do all my watering with a syringe while my plants are still small. This approach has been really helpful as it allows me to accurately measure the amount of water I’m providing, preventing any single spot from becoming overloaded.

Recording My Watering and Feeding

Like many new growers, I initially overwatered. I received a great tip from a THC Farmer member: weigh your pot, record the weight, and only water again when the pot returns to its original weight. I now keep a watering diary, noting the pot’s weight, the amount of water provided, and any changes I make to the plant, such as repotting or adding nutrients.

If on a budget, try this... Works very well for me and does not require calibration, etc.... I also own a PH pen but prefer the simplicity and accuracy of the drops...
