Grow Tent Keeping Light Out of Ducting

Hi everyone. It's my first time growing in a grow tent and I'm setting up a 60"x60"x80". The tent design is standard with exhaust hole up top and intake below. I'm running a 6" exhaust with a 4" intake and a clip on fan in the tent. My main concern that I need help with is how do I keep any light from coming through the ducting from the intake/exhaust? Any tips as far as intake and exhaust in this setup? Thank you!

If you use a carbon filter then there isn't a problem for exhaust but what I do for intake is I twist it in a loop and point the end down.
