Growing in a Budget (LED to a 4x4)

Iam new to growing and iam finishing my first run and I knew nothing about growing and bought the cheapest equipment I found. Now iam a little more into growing and iam thing upgrading to a 4x4 and iam still in a budget and looking for a led light capable of veging and blooming a 4x4 but in a budget.
Any suggestions??
I was inclined to the Mars Hydro TS 3000 450W LED.

I would buy two Kingbrite 240w quantum boards in 3500k. Would probably cost $300US or less shipped if you do some looking. That will give you 30watts per square foot in a 4x4 tent. That's enough to veg and flower, you could add supplemental reds and UV while flowering to boost wattage and increase flower/trichome production.

Also people are having great results with the Spider farmer bar light setups in tents. Look around here for a discount code
