Yes, the second bud is mostly milky all over but the first is still got some clear trichs here and there

Ima say chop… but you could push maybe a week longer if you really want

What kind of buzz do you want?
I chop early looking for active/ paranoid buzz.
More amber is couch lock/ sleepy time buzz.
You could cut tops and let lowers mature another week.
You're good what ever you choose.
