Found 1-5 nana pods on each stem my buds harvesting today, looks like I stressed the plants when I de-foliated mid-flower, what do we know about the effects on on potency?

The nana's weren't fully open or anything and not a single seed found in 24oz of wet trimmed bud off the stem..

Should all be good. Plant significantly reduces THC production only after pollination and most of its energy is diverted to seed production.
