Has anyone had any trouble receiving their AlienDog?

Hey everyone, I just wanted to know if anyone has had any trouble receiving their AlienDog. I received the conformation of the payment made and that was it. No customs letter or nothin, Im posting this here cause I sent a few messages to logic but he's probably to busy to get back to me. So feel free to post your experience with the farm.
