Have you seen this bug before

What's up everyone its been a long time, I have a new bug I have never seen before I'm hoping someone on here can help me ID these things. They showed up out of no where after I sprayed some Dr. Zymes to kill some thrips I had.

These are outdoor plants in central cali if that helps at all
