Heat mat on for too long

When I watered my plants earlier I accidentally left my heat mat on for 12hrs..the plants are in a plastic tray on top of mat and are at 7 weeks into flower... I don't see any sign of heat stress bt do you think they will be affected? Thanks

they will be fine, I also have heat mats directly under the pots of my flowering plants.
They been on for about 3 weeks and just noticed the mat gets reallly hot , probably too hot and thats without the regulator but removed it just to be sure. but I haven't seen any stress from it.
