Hey guys, I just popped 5 barneys farm tangerine dream seeds. Day 2 after they popped up I made a rookie mistake of leaving them in a dome directly on a heat mat. On top of that my home's thermostat is out of wack and needs to be replaced. Long story short, these girls got TOASTED! I came home from work to find 2 of the 5 girls cooked and shriveled up into nothing🥺. The remaining 3 also clearly took a severe beating from the heat spike BUT they are still alive and green. Only damage is toasted crispy tips on the first set of true leaves, for the most part the cotyledons are green and alive. My concern is they have basically been on pause for 2 days with NO growth. I would expect them to be severely stressed as they are just seedlings but will they recover? If my intention was to flower them maybe I would be more concerned but these are intended to be mothers. Is it possible these babies recover? Will it be a bad idea to grow them out into mothers? My thinking is, as long as they survive, they should work just fine for my intended purposes. Thoughts?

My thoughts: could make a strong mother, a survivor. I also think it could be a bad idea and may never grow properly. would just restart if you have more seeds.

I fried mine at one point. Took a while but they thrived. I took clones of all seven before I flowered them. Prob set me back two or three weeks. I’m having issues with the clones but I think that’s just because I’m an idiot and can’t figure it out lol. But I’m working on it
