4 days ago as I corrected my lights that I’ve been told it was too powerful on this forum, I was waiting for my little guy to recover then I didn’t see a change tried to look for other reason and 48 hours ago I discovered that my dehumidifier water was 8,5ph before that I thought it was neutral at 7, so since then I am watering with 6,5ph water and my seedling since yesterday looks that growth has started again because it was stunt.. Now it looks like that, Yet I am not sure if I corrected everything else it looks a little problematic situation

Looks troubled for sure. Likely overwatering by also and may have damaged the roots or base. If you were giving too much light, the leaves may still be reacting to being burned. Hard to know really. Medium could be too hot for a seedling too. Btw, ph of your humidifier water shouldn’t really matter much. Maybe someone will correct me on that. I don’t worry about ph as a soil grower.

overwatering seems not to be the problem.. I am watering one time per day when the medium is dry about 100-150ml water

soil was supposed to be for tomatoes 5.5-6.5 ph with 60% organic matter nutrients.. could this be so hot for the seedlings? I really dont know why they curl down so much

Once a day is too much she need to dry back I had the same problem overwatering is really easy to do let her dry back and personally I would use a spray bottle and just mist the soil less is better than too much that I’m positive good luck

Over-watering is watering too often. We don't know what you're running for media, but in most potting soil mixes, daily is too often, unless the plant is very large relative to the pot size.

Go every 3 days on water pH your water and let it sit a day I run General Hydroponics for my nutes. My soil is tupor also far I am happy have had over watering before let em dry makes the roots get stronger when they have to hunt water. Light 20 inch off top and give 2 weeks y

It was soil for tomatoes, label wrote 5.5-6.5ph with add 60%organic matter in it that means nutrients as I understand..
With 60% organic matter, I suspect it's holding onto water pretty hard. My guess is that your main problem is over-watering. In soil, I water slowly to saturation, only when the pots get very light in weight. With a tiny plant in a large pot, that could take two weeks or more. That's just what works for me. There are lots of ways to grow.

I run 3 to 6 days depending on soil wetness first knuckle on index finger is the way I have always checked my soil was they way I was taught. I pH my water in a jug let it sit a day or two mix my nutes and half a Mason jar a plant right now. I love General Hydroponics their flora nova will be my next up grade these nutes are fire.

No one wants to hear this, but I'd start over. One of the issues with autoflowers for new growers is that once the seed gets wet, the countdown starts and it's going to flower when it wants to, not when you want it to. That means every day that your plant is struggling is one less day that it's making more healthy bones to hang buds on. With photos, we have all the time in the world to get our plants healthy before flower.
