Help, Brown Veins on leaves

Hey guys, hope you all doing great!, I wanted to ask for your opinions, one of my plants started to get brown veins on many of her leaves at day 28, its an auto flowering Humboldt bubba gift, could this be sign of leaf rust or something else?
I appreciate all the help or guidance you can give me, thanks in advance.

Also, another of my plants, an Auto Dinafem OG KUSH got two of his bottom leaves like this a couple days ago, all the other leaves seem healthy, she seems to be about to start flowering I have no clue about what could it be haha, any guidance is appreciated, thanks.

Put a couple of latts between the base of your pot and dripper tray for better drainage, plants don't like to sit with their feet costantly wet.
