This my first grow. My 1 1/2 old seedling's first leaves are kinda mishhapen and twisted. Also they kindof have some yellow/pale green spots on them. The new growth is very pale too. I'm giving them 2 cups 500ppm pH 5.5-6.2 solution from a 1 gallon reservoir (1.25ml Micro, 0.6ml Gro, 0.6ml Bloom, 5ml CalMag) once a day and get a little runoff. My first mistake was to put my seedlings straight from rockwool to final 3 gal bag.

The plants are getting 250ppfd of light. 60% rh, 23C lights on, 19C lights off.
My runoff ppm the first time I checked was very high like 1500ppm. So I thought maybe I'm A: feeding to much nutes. B: Not watering enough so too much residuals. C: Did'nt rinse the coco enough so high salt in it.

So todays watering I gave them almost 1/2 gallon of distilled water with only calmag at 5ml/gal concentration, pH'ed at 5.8. I got a 1/4 gallon of runoff at around 1200ppm, 6.2 pH this time for both plants.

I guess ppm and pH wise I'm heading in the right direction but only time will tell. From what the plants look like it looks maybe like not enough nitrogen? I added another 1.25ml of Micro to my solution and will continue feeding with this tomorrow.

I'm very lost as this my first grow and I know I fucked up with my week old seedling being in its final pot. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

any particular reason you're not following the nute manufacturer's dosing instructions

Go by the manufacturer's recommendation (or slightly less). I wouldn't worry about the early leaves being twisted, it's quite common and they normally grow out of it.

Because reading alot online, the general concensus was that the manufacturer's dosage recommendations are too strong and I would be just wasting nutes, no?

Over watered fella. Let it dry out more don't water the whole pot just in circle around the outer leaves. They don't like any food for first 2wks unless your doing a straight coco grow? Over loved this little plant, give it time.

It’s coco. It needs food and water every day. Coco is inert, you must supply all the nutes/micronutes.
