Help first time grower! Deficiency?

I don’t know if this is heat stress or a deficiency because in the beginning I had my 450 watt light on full blast 32 inches away and I might of over watered which might of caused the brown spots , I think made it a little worse but I ph my water to 6.2 to 6.8 I use earth dust nutrients which is dry amendments. Appreciate any feedback you guys can give me!

Yeah I meant I watered to frequently but just for like 2 days as soon as I saw the the brown spots coming I started to water every 2 days

The surface may look dry. But every other day could be too frequent. It needs to dry quite a bit between watering
