Help first time grower outdoor

Hey guys In need of help everything was fine apart from the cold until about 5 days ago I noticed slight changes in the plant like it could be going back into vegging or herm???

I do see what appears to be new growth coming out of a few buds. Has it been exposed to light during the night hours? Neighbors outdoor lights etc.

To be honest it looks to be about finished. What are those trichomes looking like under magnification?

Also in the first pic…..that brown sugar leaf looks suspicious. Pull on it. If it comes right out look for bud rot where it came from.
