Have you scoped for mites? I had some tomato plants get infested this year with spider mites and the leafs looked exactly like pictures 3 and 6. Big possibility you could have cooked em spraying with lights on as well. If it’s neither of those, id look to improper watering regime and/or root zone issues. Good luck.
Edit: just saw your post. You’ll need about three different ipm all sprayed at different times in the week. These fuckers will build a tolerance if only one IPM is used. Good luck.
