Help identify pest, adult thrip?

Found some of these on my fly traps I. The room, obviously they are not fungus gnats. Anyone know what these are? A few of my plants look a bit yellow and I have a feeling it is due to these? Anyway to get rid of the flyers with a foliar? Thanks in advance

Here are pics of beneficial insects, looks like a gator, larvae form of the lace wig (green) had released eggs shoot months ago, looks like they are still around. Haven’t seen white flies and the like for a while. Outdoor. On a gg1 clone
