Help identifying leaf discoloration - First grow

Thought I’d reach out and see if anyone can help help me identify some leaf discoloration.
I have noticed this happen to other seedlings around the similar stage of growth. So I’m guessing it’s likely nutrient deficiency. But this being my first/second grow, I just don’t know.

Any thoughts or input would much appreciated!
