Hey guys
I'm new here, but as with many others, been lurking for a looong while now.
I am posting here in Divine Genetics sub-forum because I have decided, after looking around for a long time, that Logic has some serious genetics and that the results speak for themselves. However, he doesn't offer much in terms of explaining his strain crosses' effects.
I smoke for recreational purposes as well as loving MJ as a plant. I love the way it smells, grows, looks, and I love the effects of course. So when looking for seeds that I want to steer away from those heavy medicating indicas.
Here where I live, we rarely ever smoke the kinds of strains that you guys in the USA seem to rate highly, like OG Kush, GSC, Chemdog, Sour Diesel etc. Over here, we seem to follow suit with the UK style strains, like Cheese. Actually over here, cheese is the shit. And believe me the stuff that goes around here is super super dank, as good as anything I've seen on any forums.
The kind of strain that I most identify with, is Cheese. It is very close to being the high I enjoy the most. Sort of like a 70/30 or 60/40 head/body high. Hits you HARD, makes your heart beat fast, almost making you paranoid. Super cerebral effect which after an hour recedes into a relaxing body high.
I have come to notice after many years of smoking that, for me, a strain has to have a bit of indica influence in it otherwise it just isn't strong enough. My tolerance is very high, and usually when I smoke a pure sativa, it seems like the high just doesn't even last long before I feel like I'm normal again. But when I hit that Exodus Cheese it just knocks me so hard, without making me feel too heavy, or making me want to go to sleep. I enjoy that relaxing feeling, but I really hate it when I smoke and at the end of a high, I feel like I can't get up anymore or just feel LAZY and don't feel like doing shit.
I have smoked some VERY PROPER DANK FIRE sativa strains and they just don't do it for me. I will smoke with a bunch of other people who will rave about how they are almost "hallucinating" after hitting some Super Silver Haze, or some WW x NL x G13Haze (this shit was ridiculously furry fire), or Jack Herrer, or some other sativa dominant hybrid like Trainwreck, and I just sit there waiting for the high that barely ever comes. That's when I have to turn to my Exodus Cheese, or Blue Cheese, Cheesus, or THC Bomb, or G-Bomb, or Big Buddha Cheese, or AK-47, or Lemon Stinky, or LSD, Strawberry Cough, or Blueberry, or some Skunk cross, MK Ultra, or Amnesia in order to actually get high. I know I mentioned a lot of strains, but it is so that you get an idea of what I enjoy. But Exodus Cheese is the best shit I've smoked and I could stick to it forever and I just don't build up any serious tolerance to it no matter how long I smoke it.
So why don't I just stick to my Exodus Cheese then? Well, I could. But I am sure that somewhere in the world there must be a strain that is as good if not better than the Exo Cheese that goes around here. Somewhere somehow there must be something different that is just as amazing as the Cheese. I want something new :). And besides, since I don't live in the UK, I seriously doubt we even have the Exo Cheese here since its clone only as I understand. But whatever it is, perhaps a Skunk, its a ridiculously powerful and amazing pheno that produces some of the densest, frostiest, lavender smelling chronic that I've ever smoked.
I find that the best weed for me is always DENSE, almost swollen-looking. That's how I know its going to hit me hard, when its like a dense NUGGET with almost NO leafiness to it.
I enjoy socialising and chilling with friends and playing some PC games or watching a movie with the gf, so I hate that full-on Indica high that just makes you too lazy to do anything. But once again, I have realised that if there's no Indica body high, that the high just... doesn't hit that hard...
So, here is where you guys who are more familiar with these strains can help me choose a strain from Divine Genetics which would best suit what I am looking for.
1) Long-lasting, Euphoric, racy cerebral buzz that makes the heart thump, that recedes into a nice body relaxing feeling. Almost makes you paranoid. One of those, Mind Melt highs, where you almost think something might be wrong with your head. lol
2) Doesn't make me sleep, too heavy or lazy. A slight heaviness is OK, but none of that put you to sleep crap.
3) Nice bag appeal, I want to give some to my friends and have them say, "omg... It looks amazing"
4) DENSE and swollen buds
5) You hit 1 bong and you just can't smoke again for 2 hours. Just hits you so hard that you gotta chill and chat to friends or play a game until the effects wear off.
6) The genes have to yield at least a decent amount. Don't want a low-yield strain. Avg or slightly above avg is fine with me. Doesn't have to be a ridiculous yielder.

If you guys want pics of what we smoke here in Africa, just tell me and I'll upload some bud porn. I have pictures of pretty much every bud I've ever smoked. Yeah, I love weed !!!! But not like a drug addict, more like a connoisseur of sorts. The differences in each strain, the way they look and smell, I find the best part of it all. That is why I never regret smoking even the strains that didn't get me that high, because each one was a unique experience and I love that about cannabis.
