I need help to figure out what's going on with this seedling? Its crinkled..is it a mutation?

Water the pot to dampen all the soil. Roots won't grow into dry soil. Looks like you have adequate drainage. Water at lights on. A lil droop is normal.

Thise leaves won't get better so only pay attention to new growth

I was going to say The Doors. lol Like Aqua says, water more, medium looks a bit hot.

yup mutated. probably an older seed. usually they will grow out of it the next couple nodes. don't sweat it. sometimes them funky looking ones are the best ones.

This is nothing to worry about. It will probably grow out of it.
