So I just removed some big fan leaves and ones blocking middle of canopy , this is about week 5 of veg now , I've just done my first scrog ready to switch to flower in 5-7days.

The growth underneath seems very light in colour , still running 3/4 recommended nutes ph 5.9/6 reservoir reading 600 after going in at 790ish.

Anything I should be doing ? Would appreciate any help.

Thanks man does it look OK 🤣 am I doing these ladies proud?
Things seem OK to me. Color looks good. Nothing standing out. They seem happier than the earlier pics. I always have some yellowing of the lower leaves as the plant matures more. I generally don't worry about it unless it starts affecting the newer growth.

Plants look healthy. The only thing I would suggest is to remove a few more leaves from each node you have spread out for better air and light penetration. Stretch is going to fill up the net quickly and at that point you'll need to let them go vertical so, hopefully, they don't stretch so much that they're too close to the light. Most of the fan leaves that are under the net line can be removed as they will get covered over by the new leaf growth in stretch. I like to leave a few on each branch. Maybe one big fan per node.

I can see in your picture each node is bunched up in each corner of the net. Try and spread out the branches so that you don't get the bunching. Bunching will promote mold if the wet leaves are touching for long.

I've gone for it and defoliated a bunch more , I'll leave 24 hours in same veg state and I'll switch then ? Sound like a plan ? Should I increase nutes straight away on flipping? And also start adding my boost ?

If you're talking about a dark period before flip, I can say that I haven't experienced any beneficials from doing this. If you mean leave it on 18/6 for 24hrs then flip, it's not really necessary.

I usually don't trim leaves in veg other than if I'm topping or whatever other training technique but a full defol? Not really. I do a full defol the same day I flip the light schedule. This shortens the recovery window and helps in reducing stretch. If you feel that you may have stayed in the veg window too long you can try and keep your lights off temps within a degree or two of your lights on temps. This is a technique I use to keep stretch from getting too crazy when I don't know how much stretch the plant will have if I'm growing it for the first time.
Should I increase nutes straight away on flipping?

Sorry. I didn't read a post where you named the brand of nutrient but it sounds like Advanced Nutrients? What I would do is continue running just grow for a couple weeks after flip. In week three of flip do a 50/50 blend of grow and bloom along with your cal/mag supplementation. This should raise the N you're feeding along with more P and K. The rise in P should also help in getting the plant to flower a little faster. You're in coco so mag supplementation is important as coco doesn't hold onto mag or calcium like soil does so whenever I grow in coco cal/mag gets used almost immediately. Do this blend into week 4 - 5 then remove the grow from your recipe and go with straight bloom.

As far as a nute increase in PPM/EC I would stay where you are at right now and slowly start to raise the amounts each feed until you start to see signs of leaf tip burn. Back off your PPM/EC and use that as your PPM/EC limit. Keep in mind that in flower you don't need as much volume of fertilizer as you do in veg. In flower a little goes a long way so you can run a slightly lower PPM/EC than you did in veg.
And also start adding my boost ?
I don't use boosters but when I have I like to use them going into week 4 - 5 of flower. Young flower development is going to want a good level of N as it builds the physical structure of the flower along with a high demand for N when the plant doubles in size. Once the flower hits around week 4 or 5 it starts to slow down the physical building of flower and increases all the chemical processes it does making cannabanoids and THC along with putting on more girth rather than length. You want to time the shot of booster to when the plant can really use it which, IMO, is after week 4 - 5.

BTW what booster are you using?

This is a quick reference chart for soil that shows the plants nutritional needs at every stage of its growth. Note the high demand areas. As you can see, for N, the highest demand happens not in veg but the first few weeks after flip which is the stretch portion. Also note that after week 4 - 5 N demand drops steadily. This is where you will remove the grow portion of your blend which should reduce the ratio of N in your feeds.

Nutrient needs in stage

Sorry if I got in the "weeds" with the chemistry but it's important for you to understand the needs of the plant and the times when those needs need to be increased to maximize plant performance or decreased to alleviate lockouts.

I need to apologise to you for not telling you how awesome this post was bro. Thank you so much.

I'll be making an updated post tomorrow , hope you can tune in and give me some feedback of where I'm at.

Trim that plant up, change the water out completely, and give it bloom nutrients 2.5ml of general hydroponics, cut the tips of the leaves that look brown, you said your 4 weeks in, put it in flower right now, 12 on 12 off, next time use soil and proper nutrients I’m telling you they results will be a lot better mine come out 10 out of 10 every time

Check these strains out, pink Cush, tropical cherry, sour patch, bubblegum, 2 weeks into bloom, all super healthy with my method, I find the more complicated you make things such as this percent of this this percent of that your just confusing yourself, these nutrient bottle's you can buy are specifically made just follow the instructions and look at the results, if your not a scientist it’s probably not going to work as planed, but if your just experimenting that’s cool as well, but if you want real results go with the experts that have designed these formulas, I no I’m very straight forward but it has to be said so you don’t waste your time and money cause let’s be real it takes 3.5 months to grow photoperoid indoor that’s a lot of time energy and money and time to waste so don’t waste it, check out my new grow not any problems

Very nice.

When I followed the nute dose recommendations the manufacturer suggested it burned all my plants. I had to reduce to 1/4 and 1/2 doses respectively. I've found that simply giving the plants what they want at particular periods seems to increase my dry yields from 10% - 20%.

I started growing from feel and anecdotal observation just like my mentors when there were no forums to tell me what I was doing right and wrong. After a few years working on outdoor farms up in NorCal, Cali went legal so I got to work in licensed grow operations. I got a much more formal education on the hows and whys of cannabis cultivation through degreed professionals. Having access to them allowed me to be able to "weed" out some of the myths my mentors thought was gospel along with proving that some of what they thought was true was actually true but for different reasons than what they thought.

At the end of the day there plants, they need 3 things, love, light, water, food and good nutritional soil, we are the same way otherwise we wouldn’t grow, I use fox farm soil, because it has everything in it that the plant needs to strive, and I use general hydroponics organic bloom once a week in bloom and water it every 3.5-4 days I keep the humidity level at 50 percent, and I just let it do its thing, remember plants are alive they do feel pain just like us, they just have a different way of thinking, but that’s what makes them so unique, so just keep it simple, and let them do what they got to do
