Help needed identifying these spots

I have these spots on one of my plants, only on a couple leaves at the top. Kind of makes me think its bug related because it seems to be in just the one area. It also seems to be the. Ottoms of the leaves that is effected. All the photos I have been able to find for bug infestation don't look like this though. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I saw a couple of them on there the other day that were like tie dyed in color. Thank you! I am guessing that Plant Rx doesn't deter them because aI spray regularly.

You'll have to look up how to treat them my friend cuz I've never dealt with them, but I am familiar with the mark they leave, good luck!
