Help! Plants are wilting(or drooping🤔)

First time grower! Please be kind I’m learning. Temps are horrid around here. 106 today! My plants were perfect this morning and now they’re like this! Also, they’re in a greenhouse but the ventilation isn’t too good. Hot temps and not enough ventilation? Could that be it? I checked the soil and it still felt damp.

And water! Can you get them some shade?
