i cant figure out whats going on with these plants

week 5 of veg
l.a. confidential
ppm 1200 cns17 grow and ultimate thrive
p.h. 5.8-6.3
foliar spraying with liquid light and saturator
undercurrent type system water is 22 celcius
temps are 70-85 running co2 is on a monitor 1500 ppm ive tried raising the temps to 85 but the plants didnt respond well to it they seem to do better at lower temps
roots are brown and white but not smelly or mouldy even the dead looking one
if it dosnt show improvment by morning im gonna pull it i just flushed it out with fresh water
i just flushed with fresh water and clearex
the p.h. spiked to 7.6 since i was using tap water
i emptied most of it and filled with r.o. and now ppm 1200 and p.h. 6.1 i cant get it to lower poured lots of p.h. down in.
im using a humidifier but cant get it over 40% usually hovers at 30%

We need to see your roots this will help. I would say back off on you food your plants are dark green. Run them at 800ppms you need to keep the water temp at 68 to 71 degs
If you do have root rot you will need to run Hydro-Fungicide at 4mi pre GL. Then after that every day add 2mi pre GL of Hydro-Fungicide for 7 to 10 days.Try to keep your PH at 5.7 to 5.9. Plus PH down will bring up your ppms.

yah looks like root rot, plant cant take up what it needs.
