it won’t need water for another week. Looks like hot soil though. I’ve had it happen in some of the pre amended bag soils. Let it dry out for a week and see if it heals up.

What light are you using? Whats its distance from the plant?

What is your climate in your grow space? Humidity, temps day and night?

What soil/medium are you in?

What are your watering cycles/ techniques?

Lots of variables to consider : ) I’ve been struggling with my seedlings and Im pretty sure its because i have been watering a little to heavy coupled with my solos were/ aren’t drying out quick enough. Ill be out in the shed later today drilling even more holes in them (already added a ton and am still not happy with dry back times)

Yeah, I’m not very scientific. I’ve never had problems before. I usually just toss a seed in a Hydro set up and everything works out perfectly. I haven’t done soil in a long time. Maybe I’m screwing up. Somehow I will check into all these things and see. Thank you for your help.

No worries! It can get very in depth if you want it too : ) there are some “gold standards” to follow but with that said you can twist and tweak all this stuff, so really one size does not fit all here.

I think I would, as suggested by Illbill cut the watering for now and see if that helps : )
