Help with plant

Okay, so first of hey! I’m new to the community. Second I’m calling all of you here today to ask for help/ opinions on my 2 month, 24 day old plant. She is supposedly GG#4. I found one singular seed in an ounce i had bought and figured I’d toss it in to germ. I’m not quite sure what’s wrong with it or why it is so short/ little... or maybe it’s the right size idk. Please help

Smells pretty good, had a way better and potent smell about 2 1/2 weeks ago

Does that bucket have drain holes in the bottom? (Looks like it could be too wet, too long).

Yeah kinda looks like over watering, and if you don't have any holes in the sides of that bucket the moisture will sit causing root rot and other issues.
