Hermi/Male? Are these sacks?

So this seed was from my first grow over a year ago. Supposed to be a femonized photo seed. I noticed it wasn't growing like my other plants. I kept watering but almost looks deformed compared to my other plants that are showing signs of flower. Are these sacks?

Didn't look like any were opened yet in pics so you're probably safe but nothing is guaranteed lol
