Hey need help with identification

I had a fan bust in my mom tent and was slow replacing it. In turn my tent got humid and I’m thinking from lack of airflow this is the result. I just would love to know what it is and what I can do thanks.

Don't think there's much you can do. Keep an eye on it and make sure you don't get any mold starting on the "slimy spots".
