Have a question . I'm in my 2nd week of flowering,my plants are stretching like crazy have defoliated before flipping to flower but they are competing for light and stretching to much (4x4tent) should I defoliate again or wait for week 3 to be over ?

Now you show the pics. Lol i would take a tad bit off. The big leaves only. Not much. I left a bit more folliage this time and on this strain buds got bigger.
