Hello im new here. i go by Jon or Jonny. i want to explain that this was kind of a budget grow and my first grow at that! and any and all advice will be greatly appreciated.

Specs:
3x3 Zazzy Grow tent.
2 100W IMVSINCERE full spec grow lights with samsung diodes.
3 3Gal Fabric Pots
Kelloggs Organic soil Mixed with Worm castings and perlite (couldn't source and FF or Promix near me currently.)
1 small 6in fan (Will be investing in ACinfinity exhaust fan combo with carbon filter for smell before next run)

Strains:
Northern lights Feminized Auto (420 FastBuds)
Trainwreck Feminized Auto (420 Fastbuds)
Whiskey Zulu Feminized Auto (Atlantic seed co.)

so basically i planted and germinated these 3 strains directly into there 3 gal pots on June 1st 2025 (25days ago) with lights running at 50 % each
watered with tap water that say out for 24hrs every 2-3 days or when looked and felt dry.
at week 2 i top dressed with Down To Earth 4-4-4 and watered.
read reviews on different light settigns and height 12-24'
now about 5 days ago on 06/20/25 i noticed first sign of pistols for pre flower and brewed a worm compost tea 1-1 1/2 cups of worm castings in a 5 gallon aerated bucket
the tap water was aerated for 24hrs in the bucket before entering the castings... to get rid of any chlorine.

i then lowered my lights height to vivosun's recommendations of 12-18 inchs from canopy and turned light up to 100% on 6/24/25 for beginning of flower and the next morning i woke up to my train wreck wilting very bad. i read up some stuff and got mixed reviews kind of just left the plant alone until today and now the train wreck appears to still have a wilt but not as bad but still definantly wilting. and now the lower leaves are turnign a green yellow.

on the front whiskey zulu plant it appears to have a claw affect now.

and the back northern lights look ok? i guess besides the 2 first yellow leaves that need to be trimmed off.?

ive now raised my lights well away from the plants and have come to you guys here to hopefully diagnose and try to save these plants. and also take this info and use it for my future grows.

Thanks everyone.
Jonny

basically a cheaper route to say the least. outside of not being able to access promix HP an adding ammendments. i do have a nice frothy worm compost tea that has been brewing about 32 hours now as well. if any advice tells me that i wont need it ill dispose of it lol.

also something i forgot to mention is knowing i dont have the proper ventiliation i do have nice airflow throughout the tent and sort of just exhausting out of a access where the duct would run. but my current temps are reading 80 Degree Farhenheit and 33% humitity (lowwww i know lol) was thinking maybe getting some purified water in a decent bowl and setting inside the tent? sorry for all the questions and comments as u can imagine as a new grower my mind is racing lol.

No worries bro! Name of the game is making things work for you! : ) thats great they’re posturing. They were probably getting smoked and then maybe a little shock from the up potting 🤷‍♂️.

Reading your post as I’m typing this up. Temp is fine but id try and get the nudity up a little. It’s not the end of the grow by any means though. Try the bowl and water trick : ) and you may try and lower the exhaust setting that you do have. Maybe the humidity will raise a bit? Might get warmer though.

Take some breaths! : ) there’s hella smart folks here who can get you dialed. You’re doing a good job so far! 💪✌️

Im glad youre feeling better about it! Should be fun, and dude, when you do calm that new grower mind down it’s hella fun! just know we’ve all been right where you are : ) I’ve only been doing this about a year and it took about 3 rounds to figure the “nuances” just to feel good about it lol. Im still learning things that are beyond alimentary hahaha! But things feel better and totally calm down! Trust me on that 💪✌️

one thing on the tea (im not a pro) is just make sure things stay somewhat clean with your equipment and don’t brew for over the certain time frame (i forgot). i just know you can brew “bad” tea and thats not good for your plants.

yeah ill deffinantly look into the brew times and when it will go bad, and im not sure when my next feeding should be they were watered about 2 days ago. dont wanna over water especially with the tea.

Autos are not forgiving at all. They stretch and flower on their own time.
The stunted growth will affect the harvest. I would still grow them out but i would think about planting my next round especially if they are autos. Just my 2 cents.
Welcome to the farm

I dont think you can give too much tea in the sense of the word (of course you can over water with frequency) thats my understanding.

Also voltage brings up a good point about autos (which I totally missed thats what youre running, thats my bad) let some of the auto guys and gals guide you along with the next moves and what not. I’d still be watching the waterings and learn a good dry back time for your soil : ) and have fun! 🤩

Kellogg is mainly an in ground soil amendment you use with your existing yard soil. I've got friends who grow weed in the ground with it, it's fine but not intended as a potting soil, so that's why OP mixed some other stuff including perlite in there to try and use it as such.

I literally just had a bag of the stuff opened and was amending a planter with it for my sunflowers. One thing that'll stand out to you is that it's mostly like a wood chippy mulch, so it could cause some N uptake issues.

ya basically all i had availble at the time. it is a organic potting soil and i added some worm castings and perlite for aeration. but i know next run i will be running some coco or promixhp with some added amendments. i did top dress with 4-4-4 a week or 2 back. when i turn there lights on this morning i may consider feeding them some worm tea that has been brewing for almost 48hr now. to see if it gives them a boost
