hey everyone....im lookin into building my own led setup but i was wondering what exactly my plant wants, the plan is to manually build one better for the price and basically im asking you guys to help me pick out the bulbs, for example im looking at led supply.com but i dont understand the nm part....and id like to no if theres a maximum lumens they can take or if in theory i can throw 1 million at them....and my last question(which should prolly be my 1st,but im stoned so bear with me lol) is, what is the best way to measure the light???? thanks everyone for your help and putting up with my grammar lol

Those LED's are absolutely useless for growing cannabis. If you have no concept of nanometers (the measurement of the wavelength of electromagnetic radiation) you surely have no business building a LED unit.

I'd suggest saving your money if you really want LEDs, and purchasing a pre-manufactured unit, or sticking with HID if you refuse to pay for the technology.

Just my two cents'.
