Not sure why you defoliated. The plant has plenty of room. Just needed more light.

It was in a smaller tent I moved it to this one two days ago I defoliated before I knew I was gonna need a bigger tent

Yea , your lights should not be 12/12 my dude . Way, way to early . Keep 20 -24 hrs on until 6-7 or so week or until bloom/bud transition. You sound newer to growing , few tips for u that’ll help u tons . It’s all about your lights wavelengths , so position ur light 2 n half feet or so above , but not to far up . temperture is huge , keep 70-78 degree , if heats needed get a mini heater near em. Either top / or I prefer low stress train them ( YouTube it) . Then make sure every 6 days or so your feeding it Cal-Mag or whatever feed you end up . Thank me later !

Put ur lights closer homie . ur buds would be much fatter , rather then long stretchy , and steamy. This is mainly for picture with red/blue low intensity lighting there . Same with the regular white light , move about 4 -6” closer . Thank me later
