Deficiency of some sort. It could be a lot of stuff going on. Depending on the plants age…all sorts of stuff will determine what you do to play off that single leaf.
We need to see the plant. If it’s lower leafs or if the whole plant is showing the same. Or is it just this one? Because if it is just one and others don’t start showing in a days time or two, then you may need to do nothing. Depending on your situation and stage of growth. It may be an early sign.
I have deficiency on all these leaves. But I don’t care because I am on week 6 and I know my nutrients are what they need to be. So these signals mean nothing. Because they show me a deficiency is phosphorus. But, because I am at my week 6 and I switch my nutrient phase to include a lot more P and K by schedule anyways. So these leafs, don’t matter to me. I won’t make adjustments on them as they would be dealt with in just a few days after plucking them all off.
It does mean I could have changed my K like 4 days prior maybe. But it isn’t concerning as the leafs have been very slow at showing it. Telling me it is just a minor deficiency and she isn’t turning to major necrosis to get that nutrient.
But the thing is, I know my Ph is on point, temps and humidity are proper. PPM is proper and static. So, every question of a deficiency has to be accompanied by more detail. Even a “Oops I didn’t Ph balance my last feed on accident” can bust out some deficiencies.
