How much better is 1:1 for pain relief than a regular strain of it?

How much of a difference is there in smoking or making edibles with a 1:1 instead of a regular strain if it is for pain relief and helping someone sleep through a nagging pain for it on there?

Edibles are hit and miss for most people, For me they don't really get me where i wanna be but again it depends on the person and the dose..

I could eat 500mg + of thc and still feel like im sober.. Tolerance is fucking stupid.

But they do last longer alot longer... like i can eat some and last 1/2 a day or more just depends on tolerance and dose :D
