Good herb in the UK can easily fetch 5-6k per kilo or more, roughly $3,700 a pound.
I've got a feeling the price difference may have something to do with the fact that there's not really any outdoor weed of any quality being grown in the UK, You lucky beggars have got all the sunshine! (50 shades of grey could have been written about the UK climate you know) plus our shitty corrupt laws & government proving that prohibition keeps prices high.
