How much to water . ?

Currently in first week of flower right now . Temp sitting around 75 humidity mid 50s
Just wondering if I am over watering or under watering currently running too fed irrigation 6 inch rockwool blocks . Friday Hugo blocks to be specific . Watering for one minute every 2 hours . Is this too much
