How often do you change bulbs?

How often do you change bulbs? I currently go 2 runs per bulb before I switch them out.

How long they last for and how long they put out their max lumens are usually two very different #'s. I noticed same strain grows lacking (reduced yields) after the third, fourth run. Bulb changes resolved that.

I see a nice difference with the new bulbs but at the same time, I'm not dropping big coin. I use the htg bulbs, $24

every 2 grows. like to keep mine nice and new, so they got plenty of lumens for my plants.

ya makes sense, was the decrease that noticable?

buds just dont seem to get as swollen. The screens just seem to get "weaker". What should have been 10-11 ounces will be 9-10.

For me i change every 3 gardens :). Approx 6~9mnths. But i use the good bulbs..60~90$ a bulb for me.

Same as coral reefers here, two runs or six months. People growing corals are measuring growth in millimeters and so they notice the very moment that growth drops off.

I change every crop. They pay for themselves, ya no.
