How Often Do You Change Out Your Res In Your UC System?

Just as the title says, how often do you swap out your res? I heard someone on here say once at the beginning of flower, once in the middle of flower, and flush at the end. Three times from beginning to end. That's hard for me to wrap my mind around, since I change out my res on my DWC system, weekly or bi-weekly. Is it common practice to not often change out your res on your UC system?

Im just over 6 week in total and I have changed the res twice now
once after 28 days and once after 2 weeks


according to the uc FAQ

In the UC change outs should be necessary no
sooner then 21-28 days. Many variables influence this time
frame, so adjust your time frame to best meet your needs.
*Change nutes once they destabilize or become murky.
