How often to water when growing in Coco?

I’m starting my 3rd growth in coco and switching from 5 gallon fabric pots to 7 gallon this time and I’m wondering If they will need to be water everyday ?

I did so on my other previous growths, however my friend who has been successfully growing for years believes that every other day is better since it allows the coco to somewhat dry out rather than stay moist continually?

I mean everyone has their own opinion and so should you. It's really all about preference. My 3 gallons I could do every other day. Your 7 gallons maybe like every 3 days.
