How to you prep your weed for use in ur bubble bags?

With sugar leaves I just freeze them for a few days then just throw the leaves into the bags and mix.

This time I have a few oz of buds to run.

So I want to break up the buds with the least damage to the resin.

I was thinking 3days in the freezer.
Bring buds out and use scissors to cut the buds into 2 - 3 pcs then throw them into coffee grinder for a quick spin.

Then into the freezer for 2 days.
Dump ground up weed into the bubble bags and .........

I never cut or break up buds. A proper 20 min rehydration should loosen the buds up enough for extraction. Breaking or cutting them up will just contaminate the finished product.
