That looks like a clone? Don't know what you want from this but it's gonna grow just lopp sided. I'd leave it alone. I would'nt stress about it photoperiods are really tough she'll grow out just fine.

As that branch grows out, maybe in a month, I would get a little piece of garden tie and tie it around the side shoot just above the knuckle / node that has a leaf and wrap it around the main stem. Do it to the other one too if you have to. Looks like a split waiting to happen. If it's gonna have to hold bud weight or flap around in the wind.

This is the new growth on leaf I left below cut on main stem. I shouldn't top the new growth just let it run it's course? Or do I nip the newly formed top as seen.

It's fine depends on the genetics of the plant really. Some will just send one top up from a topped node instead of two, some will suddenly start growing branches from all their nodes after being topped. You gotta just kind of watch it and see how it behaves, and cull growth in spots you don't want and it'll grow elsewhere.

As far as side stems at risk of splitting, this is another good reason to prepare your clone clipping properly, cut all side branches, leave just a top with the fingers of the fans cut at the middle.

Thank you,
It's The soap strain given by a friend. I just feel as I went backwards because I went to low on initial cut days ago and had the growth to top in the correct area above it Learning as i go. Oh well, it's a weed! Lol. I've heard of plants surviving combines, it should survive.

You can shape them any way you want them to grow. There's a regular user on this site who shared his progress of training a plant to look like it was bending over kissing its own ass, lol.

I'll just ask a straightforward silly question, why did you top it in the first place? There's legitimate reasons for doing it and reasons not to. Just looking to understand where you were going with it.

That's hilarious!

I think i was just giddy to top and on top of that probably cut improperly to get 2 heads on that main and keep it same height in general. Doing too much obviously 🙄 I received 3 weeks ago hardened and been in earth 2 weeks.Did I in general top too early or late? Probably should have been more acclimated to soil also....But moving forward 😆
